Some time ago their CEO (Lee Cheng) was embroiled in a lawsuit and took a pretty based stance. I do not remember the specifics but he was standing up for principles and going against the mob narrative. I got the sense he was Conservative.
That was very old news though, things could be different now.
PC gamers have always been kind of right wing or at least against political correctness from what I noticed. At least before streaminf picked up and got more normies involved. Probably don't wanna alienate their base.
Oh pls, they are the ones who bendover for gaben and hate anything tht threatens the norefunds if ya get vac ban steam monopoly... yes I like my epic ccp bitcoinminingspyware and it's free games
their inability to accept tht the new consoles tht has better specs than 90℅ of steamhw survey hv destroyed the price/perf of pcgaming completely(frankly I think shitcpu aside xbonex already did tht but now it's not even debateable anymore) is laughable
Most of the "worship" of Lord Gaben is just a meme at this point.
The complaint wasn't that the new consoles were higher than 90% of the steam survey, the complaint was how that was portrayed in gaming media. The steam survey includes ANY computer with steam installed (even if it can't play anything newer than rome total war), but it was being portrayed as if this meant that the consoles were a better option than a serious gaming PC.
I hadn't used newegg in nearly a decade after my last big build, randomly went on there last year and was blown away by how much other stuff they sell now.
I think Newegg is pretty much staying out of politics. They have a lot of stuff they're selling now too.
Didn't they get bought by China years ago? Like 2012?
"In 2016, Liaison Interactive, a Chinese technology company, acquired a majority stake in Newegg in an investment deal."
havent shopped there since. quality dropped big time and deal are gone

That's because gaming requires you to call people "faggots", and the left thinks saying this is domestic terrorism

I can't FPS on a console. It's like "drunk mode." Of course I grew up on HL and its mods. HL3 when?

"Building a new PC? Can we interest you in a vacuum or a toaster?"
Are they liquid cooled?
Any home appliance worth having is.
And does it have RGB? A liquid cooled toaster with RGB would be sweet.
Do I have to build those?
Only if you want RGB.
I live in Houston and Directron’s warehouse is here. No need for newegg
