Very good.

Two problems, though:

  1. They are onshore though, so FIB has power over them.

  2. Even if you use these guys or an offshore domain host, you need to purchase a domain to mirror your site that's not governed by the US.

All the top-level domains are.

.co is probably the best alternative since it's not governed by the US (Colombia), but is indexed by the search engines as a TLD. Meaning that, for SEO purposes, you get just as much authority/priority as a .com/org/net etc,
