All printers leave an indiscernible mark on anything it prints that law enforcement can use to trace, or at least tie a certain flier back to a suspected printer. Keep that in mind.
maybe if you want a Heidelberg, but you can get a decent used Ryobi for under $2500. It'll do the work fine it'll just take longer; kinda like how a small drink is the same size as a large if there's free refills, it just comes with some extra walking.

Not the old school printing presses that use carved or etched steel plates. You know, the kind used to print fancy letterheads and business cards.
Edit: with local printing companies all going out of business, there are plenty of used machines from the 80s for sale
You're taking about gravure printing. It's how money is printed. It also has a very steep price to break in to.
