The United States Military cannot make a move without the approval of the Commander in Chief. If they attempt such a move, on their on, or on the orders of anyone other than The Commander in Chief, they are committing treason and become the enemy of The American People. Remember this as you report seeing convoys of military surrounding our Capital and any other places.

When did he ever have it? Mattis is on the record saying he literally laughed at his commands.
And Mattis is in charge of what now????
It was a statement of how far back the military had been laughing at their "Commander in Chief." It's just a clearing house for the peoples money. They bomb stuff then get contractors to rebuild rinse and repeat. One powerless figure head isn't going to change entrenched bureaucrats who are neck deep in corruption after a half century of nothing but graft.
They have been executing most orders well. There are a few bad people like Mattis, but if they're planning on big domestic action, they would have those people on a list and would detain them when they move.
