The United States Military cannot make a move without the approval of the Commander in Chief. If they attempt such a move, on their on, or on the orders of anyone other than The Commander in Chief, they are committing treason and become the enemy of The American People. Remember this as you report seeing convoys of military surrounding our Capital and any other places.

I would expect to see more Marine Corps movement soon, if this is real.
Marines are the bread and butter for storming or holding a fortified position. They don’t excel at making one.
That is best left to the Army.
POTUS has more control over the corps. Only reason.
When did he ever have it? Mattis is on the record saying he literally laughed at his commands.

It was a statement of how far back the military had been laughing at their "Commander in Chief." It's just a clearing house for the peoples money. They bomb stuff then get contractors to rebuild rinse and repeat. One powerless figure head isn't going to change entrenched bureaucrats who are neck deep in corruption after a half century of nothing but graft.
They have been executing most orders well. There are a few bad people like Mattis, but if they're planning on big domestic action, they would have those people on a list and would detain them when they move.
This will assume that Democrats are still following the law and protocols.
And if the military are commenting treason then who will charge them in court?
The ones that disobeyed Trump orders to withdraw from Syria and nothing happened to them and still walking the streets.
The bad actors in the military like Mattis is far from the majority. There are thousands of good high ranking men and women who never took a job in Washington and still represent freedom.
Nothing has stopped people from being treasonous so far.

This is also assuming Trump is still President. They could have deposed him quietly already, and the calls for impeachment and the 25th are just theater. For all we know, Benedict Pence could be acting commander in chief. The military movements could be setting up for military justice... or could be setting up for a military coup.
We still haven’t seen him since his Capitol speech. We don’t even know if he’s alive at this point.
