The United States Military cannot make a move without the approval of the Commander in Chief. If they attempt such a move, on their on, or on the orders of anyone other than The Commander in Chief, they are committing treason and become the enemy of The American People. Remember this as you report seeing convoys of military surrounding our Capital and any other places.

And if the military are commenting treason then who will charge them in court?
The ones that disobeyed Trump orders to withdraw from Syria and nothing happened to them and still walking the streets.
