You admired the persona that the Hollywood elite constructed for him. That's it, that's all you and I ever get to see of these people: micromanaged, professionally constructed images. Don't kid yourself that you know any of them, or that they care about you, unless they're willing to ruin their reputations by going off-script (ie Sorbo).
