Yes, supposedly he would tweet every 30 minutes for a period of time then, every 15-20 minutes, 5-10, etc. It was said to be a countdown to the Emergency Broadcast system being activated.

The wait is getting tiresome, so looking to self-larp as much as possible

There is only one reason at this point and it is to draw attention... I'm not sure if it's daring Twitter to come and delete him / ban him from the platform?

He it communicating government information perfectly, there is nothing wrong with it. So banning him would be even more crazy than Trump. However, if at any moment he is going to say "The Storm is upon us" or something that might trigger the triggerable, they have to watch so carefully.
