Yeah, if you think this is about just the US you are underestimating their power base and your ability to influence it. Whilst laudable, such efforts will probably not be enough to do any good considering what we are all facing.
Now that they know we know they will no longer pretend. Most people are frightened and scared and unorganised. Most of the means of communications and levers of power are under their control.
There are a lot of patriots, but do not underestimate their abilities to manipulate, infiltrate and subvert.
