Section 3 No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Congress itself can't obtain a 2/3 majority to override as more than 2/3rds have them themselves have attempted to overthrow the Constitution. Their votes are a non-event. However by spring the trap close to Jan 20th - they don't even have to time to figure that out.

I suppose someone could disagree. But an Art III court doesn't seem competent to decide this matter as it involves the United States' compact known as the US Constitution, which the Supreme Court just recently decided it didn't have standing to adjudicate.

I got to say - this looks like THE TRUMP CARD. MAGA has the legal basis and if the military is on our side, we have the muscle.
