I work in Machine Learning some and that's most likely the scariest thing people should be worried about if it starts being used in a profiling + predictive way. Once it learned a bit you could just parse all behavioral data you gathered from social media, and get a returned list of likely resistance and send them all to prison / execution. It would actually be very accurate, and enable them to take out 'terrorists" before they even committed terror, with a small threshold of prosecuting the innocent. To be honest it's almost certain this has been developed already, they just can't legally pre-prosecute you based on likely hood.
Update, they are asking for the first batch of machine learning data to be given within 2 weeks. So its close to not possible so we may not even do this for them. I am about to discuss the timeline and cost soon but doesn't look like we will do it.
Okay. Well right now I am breaking down what we need to do (project tasks) what assets we need to create or purchase, and what needs to happen on the development side. Then break that down into hours, and then cost. Right now its just boring stuff
