House Republicans argue that impeachment accomplishes nothing except more bitter division. Biden promised unity as part of his campaign platform, therefore he should start delivering on it.
The House GOP's demand pits Biden against his own party. Failure to press Pelosi to drop impeachment is failure to uphold his own campaign platform before his term starts. If he asks Pelosi to drop impeachment, it will anger the far-left responsible for putting up the previous impeachment articles.
If the House Republicans are against impeachment - then I am FOR impeachment.
