Some direction for the coming days: observe it all. Stay awake, interested, and fear nothing. If you feel fear, name it, name why you feel it, let it be. Stay like the observer you can be when you are writing about a character instead of being the character.

And meditate on love. Not silly love. Real, golden sunlight love. Try to radiate that to yourself abd everyone you encounter. The peace will amaze you.
