Because the education department is inherently corrupt and should't exist. The teacher unions are also extremely corrupt and a vast majority of teachers are commies who should be tried for treason.

Didn't exist until October 1979. Not a coincidence that education went downhill and got more PC about the same time. Agree that it shouldn't exist.
