You miss the point - it is not whether fraud was committed of not, it is that they are all on record in 2016 saying that it does not matter if no fraud was committed if the people don't believe it. Can anyone argue that millions of americans are not confident in the vote - regardless of whether that vote was legitimate or not? We need to exploit the confidence in the vote angle. Weather the vote was fraudulent or not has become temporarily moot (for the purposes of maximizing our outcome). It is very possible to shame GOP led legislatures to take back their power to oversee the elections. This is completely doable. It is completely doable to get rid of electronic voting, it is doable to restore previously uncontroversial standards on mail in voting. These are the two main exploits used in this election.

The people who believe no fraud was committed are in power and in control of everything. It doesn't matter if the losing side believes there was fraud.
it is not about if fraud happened or not - the people in power right now are on record saying that it is just as important to have secured elections as it is to have the appearance of secured elections. This must be exploited.
