My sister goes to peoples home for work and yes, there are MANY too scared to leave home at all....havent left all year basically except probably walks around the neighborhood.

My girl is a manager and has an employee who hasn't come in since March. Hasn't fired her because....well, hard to find people and TBH she isn't needed right now...but may be later.

Anyways, this woman called in December and said "I don't know how, but we got sick and tested positive".

Everyone thought it was hilarious. My girl asked her "So does this mean you'll be available to work?". Nope. The woman is going to stay locked down even after getting it.

Same, but not due to fear, I just have no place to go and nothing to do.

On an individual personal level, the pandemic hasn't existed; the biggest change for me is that all the other people I work with now also work from home.
