The left is not dumb. They knew exactly where MAGA was most vulnerable. It’s a movement with plenty of young men and combat veterans. It engages in lots of rough talk.

That’s one thing that surprises me about the sixth. I guess Trump just didn’t have enough loyal people advising him on the state of things. Anyone who posts here could have told you that “wild” would be interpreted as “be prepared for anything” by many people who support Trump, so at very least the left was guaranteed to get the optics they wanted of MAGA hats over body armor. Seems odd that nobody who worked closely with Trump knew that.
