I remember back in the 90s there was a company that delivered groceries, something like Amazon Prime does (grocery.com? I honestly don't remember)... and they charged a flat shipping rate of $5 a box, delivered FedEx.

One of my first orders included about a hundred pounds of cat litter. I had three cats and hated lugging that stuff home from the store.

They weren't in business long. Odd, that.

I believe that must have been kozmo.com. When they flamed-out their gear got sold for pennies at stores like Xpect Discounts (remember them?). I think that I still have a sweatshirt and polo shirt from them.
