After What happened to Parler it is time to start gaining control of the infrastructure. It will be a long process but we have to start somewhere.

When someone says it's hosted in the cloud, they mean you are renting somebody else's server.

Now this is true...we need to support the building of services owned and operated by real conservatives and libertarians. Hopefully some of the billionaires that are Trump supporters will start. Patrick Byrne, etc. Only would need a couple of datacenters in the US to work...and work with a.few.supportive nonUS businesses outside of the US

Don't trust the Cloud or Bitcoin. Invest in tangible assets like servers, garden seeds and a well. If they will turn off servers and payment centers they'll turn off utilities and food distribution too.

It's still intangible. Heed the warning or not. That is your decision.

Very feasible...time and money. It's not impossible in the least

I predict Spacex will soon become a cloud provider after their internet service starts dominating

Also go back to basics for a backup. Remember MUDs of earlier days, we were able to have hundreds and hundreds logged on at once. Running one off a home server isn't that difficult, and is only monitored by imms (mods).

I like this idea maybe we should create a blockchain of MUDs
