Its already bad for anybody that has an idea of government and construction contracts. You can't even bid on most jobs because they require a woman or minority owner. Most company literally hire a token woman or black guy as a shell 'part-owner' just to get more projects.

Can't imagine how bad this shit is gonna get under Bidens new racist policies.
