Dunno. Hard to say. I don't expect anyone would have an accurate figure (because the CCP lies about it to their own people), short of it being, "Not nearly enough to feed 1.5 billion people."

However, the US is the worlds breadbasket. Consider how much food Americans stuff into our fat asses every day. Now consider how much of that ends up as waste (as in garbage, not shit). As a general guideline, whatever figure you're imagining, if you have never worked in food service, triple it.

In short, America is by far the most well fed nation on earth.

But wait, there's more. America subsidizes the world's food supply. I'm going to say that again only this time, keep in mind that it is not hyperbole. America subsidizes the world's food supply. Sure, there are countries with small populations that are perfectly capable of feeding themselves. But most underdeveloped regions and even developed countries with large populations are kept fed solely via American agricultural exports.

Yeah. American farmers still know what the fuck they're doing. And even though the continental US contains a majority of land fit for farming, American farmers make such spectacularly efficient use of all that land that they produce many multiple times as much product off of it as any other nation would with the same amount of viable farm land.

The US had better hope our farmers never forget how to farm as awesomely as they do or the world's population is gonna end up dropping fast.

But I'm just putting the matter into context. The TL;DR is, if the US cuts off agricultural export to China, China dies.
