You can't "get on there and be loud", if you're a conservative. You'll be banned almost immediately... and if you are, and haven't been, you're lying.
An exception is if you're someone in the public eye or otherwise a person of note - then you get a bit of leeway, MAYBE
My account was created before they required a phone number. I really only used it to check hockey stuff... until Trump happened then started "doing my thing". That lasted a few days then poof - suspended (permanently).
I will NEVER give any website something as personal as my phone number. It just makes it that much easier for someone there to find out who/where you are.

Ever sit at a dinner table with 10 grown adults all yelling over each other trying to get some point across, and try to participate? ... it's a waste of time.
