I saw that last night too, I'm pretty sure he said "If they were chanting 'Hang Pence'" and "If the people behind her had guns" then he would say it was justified.

I'm not sure I agree, I certainly didn't hear any threats in the video, and I didn't see any Trump supporters with guns near her when she was shot. I'm also not sure there was an imminent threat to life or property. They really couldn't have retreated? There was no way out? No warning shot? No verbal warning?

It'll be interesting to see how the wrongful death investigation goes, sadly I suspect it's just for show.
