Just heard an Emergency Broadcast System 'squawk' at 10:40 CST on my local public classical radio station. It was weird because it didn't have the "This is a test..." message. Anyone? Could be nothing or.........?

Got it on my TV same. It is always on Wednesday.
So did it say anything? And I heard it might go down tonight or on the 13th
