Odd how they leave "political affiliation" out of that list. It's got everything else.
Pretty sure everything is covered with the first line - "All persons within the jurisdiction of this state are free and equal"
Even though political affiliation is not specifically listed, it can be interpreted to include any type of discrimination.
Then they should have stopped there. No enumerated groups. By enumeration of some groups and not others they can argue they didn't violate the letter of the act, even if they did violate the spirit of it.
I'm not an attorney but it would be nice to have one provide feedback.
