President Trump doesn't have to talk about the Insurrection Act if that is what is going on. We'll find things out AFTER everything is done.
Wait, what? He doesn't have to inform the Nation that he has triggered the Act? Just carries it out and when he's rounded them all up say it was done under the I.A.
I'm good either way, so long as he does it, but I would have thought he had to declare it was in effect.
