I received an email from my CEO this morning that really hurt. I expect that many companies will be doing the "woke thing" and follow suit. I encourage everyone to write back and let them know how you feel. Fortunately we are able to respond anonymously and this is what he got back from me.

When I logged on this morning I was nothing short of disappointed in the company wide email that went out today. I saw it coming given the openly expressed views of the CEO supporting the divisive political group BLM on a company Team Talk earlier this summer. In my opinion the email this morning was disruptive and counter productive to the stated goals of encouraging everyone to work together while demonstrating compassion towards each other.

We are at a turning point in society where people who commit "wrong think" are silenced, vilified and attacked for their beliefs. This email will be the talk around the office and will further fuel the tension and animosity among coworkers. The only thing that makes sense is that this was the intension of the email, perhaps another way to "purge" employees from the ranks. If this was not the intention of the email, I hope to see a follow up email to the company as many will be left feeling alienated and betrayed by the company they know and love.

As it stands, you have done a great deal of harm to half of your workforce who continue to support the President of the United States during these troubling times. I hope you choose to do the right thing.

I wish we could go back to the times of companies only caring about the bottom line. This pandering shit is the worst.
