Technical and Legal solution for Parler

Couldn’t they create a separate LLC entity to buy cloud hosting space from Amazon or Microsoft, then ‘sell or rent’ the space l back to Parler, totally encrypted , so that Amazon or Microsoft would have no idea who or what they were doing the hosting for?
