Supposedly around FDR tenure they pushed up the inauguration up, but recall something in 2016 about March 4th as well that Trump is barriered by starting immediately.

I dunno, maybe it is misinformation about inauguration, but I don't expect much from the boil of Jan 20th. Til then.
