It should be treated like a controlled substance -

  • regulate it strongly
  • keep it away from minors
  • and tax the hell out of it

With online exchanges and cryptocurrencies, websites require photo proof of ID. There is no reason at all it can't be done to porn - Those "are you under 18" checkboxes are a joke.
