Yeah I'm going to take a look but it's so hard because of censorship to find the right stuff. If I Google it all I'm going to find is how Trump lost 80 to 1 and he had his chance type bullshit

To lazy to list them all but it basically came down to "lack of standing" shenanigans.

If they did have standing, the courts just referred it up or down a level to avoid taking it. Then time would run out on the thing they were trying to get an injunction for. I.e. stopping certification but the case wasn't taken until after certification at which point it was withdrawn for being moot etc.

My brother texted me this morning saying "if you don't agree that Trump is a traitor to this country, then don't talk to me." I had no intention of shunning my kid brother, and I know he's not completely libtarded, so I engaged.

The way I phrased it was in terms of facts:

  1. The numbers on election night did not make sense on the surface. Cite bellweather counties, the stopping and restarting, etc. Hence, the 75MM of us who voted Trump wanted to dispute the media's conclusion that Biden won.

  2. Many people delivered sworn testimony that they witnessed things on election night that did not make sense.

  3. In the vast majority of cases, sworn witness testimony is sufficient to grant the plaintiff rights to discovery. Discovery is where we would do things like engage a forensic computer analyst to look at the voting machine hardware and software. We would also be able to inspect the physical ballots, and all security recordings from election night, ultimately determining if there was a preponderance of evidence to indicate that fuckery went down.

  4. This didn't happen, the courts prevented us from doing any sort of discovery, and any evidence we may have been able to see has long since been destroyed. Hence we're extraordinarily pissed off because the "checks and balances" designed to safeguard our rights are being used instead to trample over them. It's no longer an issue of whether Trump won or lost, but rather that dozens of millions of WE THE PEOPLE were summarily dismissed by a government that seemingly pretends to compete with each other, but the minute anything remotely controversial grips a large chunk of the population, they fall into lockstep with each other against us.

In the face of the above, all my brother could do was fall back to arguing philosophy, because his assertion that Trump somehow betrayed his oath of office was false on its face.

This doesn’t directly answer your question but it might be a big help if you’re going to do some further research

In a nutshell this is what I believe I’m seeing:

  1. The lower courts have to be approached first; can’t get to the higher court without having a lower court decision to appeal. The lower courts are biased because they exist within the districts where the fraud occurred, chock full of democrats.
  2. The courts apparently have a history of avoiding election cases like the plague. I’m guessing they do want to be center stage for all the partisan hatred. This is driving them to reject the cases on technicalities without even looking at the actual case. Or they’re simply deciding with the lower court so they don’t have to get involved. The supreme court is the last in line and they’ve scheduled everything until after the inauguration, before they will even consider looking at the cases.
  3. When a case appears to have legs it is then confronted with aggressive challenges from the opposition which ends up entangling the case in very long drawn out proceedings, where the court schedules a future date to hear the challenge, then another future date to hear the response to that, and so on.

The forensic audit in Michigan had solid proof that the machines flipped votes from Biden to Trump on the fly. This was presented in court and was immediately confronted with high power lawyers from Dominion, the voting machine company, which pressured the judge to put a gag order on the audit team, with the argument that in order to present their evidence they have to divulge protected intellectual property owned by Dominion. They apparently proceeded to put together a team of 250 lawyers to go against the single lawyer employed by the audit team. They are assaulting this lawyer through legal channels literally trying to get him disbarred. Members of the audit team have experienced veiled physical threats to their family members. So that case is stuck under the gag order.

Bottom line; no truth is being found and no justice is being done by the courts.
