I think everyone here agrees that there are no paths future by sticking with the Uniparty. Many who have been registered to the Republicans (and a couple of us with the Democrats) have switched to being Independent, Non-affiliated, or (hilariously) some of the existing 3rd parties, regardless of how far removed they are from our ideology. However, I feel that we need to take our destiny into our own hands by forming a party for ourselves.
Many of you are quick and vocal to shut down such an idea stating that the elections are rigged and we have no chance of winning. So, there isn't any reason to form our own party, right?
WRONG!
Even without the prospect of any electoral victories, it is in our best interest to create our own party for the following reasons:
1. Cohesion
There are many different arguments to how we should proceed going forward, and deriding those that you disagree with isn't going to help us, but rather fracture us. Forming said party will keep us together and have us decide as one rather than smaller bands with perhaps conflicting interests.
2. Physical Existence
The recent purge should make you realize that online existence is going to become harder, so the best way we can do that is if we establish a tangible organization. Instead of relying on random internet users distantly connected to spread the word and our opinions, we can come together and work efficiently.
3. Public Relations
Let's be honest, "Trump Supporters" is a nebulous term that the media and bad-faith actors can take advantage of incredibly easily. However, and official party with an official monomer can more easily mitigate that. We can officially condemn and condone any actions; stating that we didn't order any false flags, as well as prevent individuals like a particular Rich. Spenc. and their ilk or from muddling our name by refusing to grant and revoking membership to those who go against our platform.
4. Big Tent
Do you think the establishment ONLY hates us. No, their next targets are the Progressives, and once they go, we can scoop up a healthy minority and go after BOTH parties. We don't need major compromises (we ain't given up our guns), but since about 12% of Bernie Bros. voted for Trump in 2016 without much convincing, we ought to get a few into our camp that'll say "fuck it" after with throw a couple bones that we can go with or already support ourselves (legalized marijuana, fighting against big tech, no forever wars, etc.)
and many more reasons that many will point out in the replies.
Now, here's how we'll do it.
Since our movement is across the country, we should register our party under the Federal Elections Committee. More specifically, this would create a "National Committee" that's in charge of smaller, local and state committees.
This menu gives us everything we need to do to form our party. While it's very technical (and I'm probably talking out of my ass here), we'll in essence need:
- An address for an HQ (and preferably an email address and a website).
- A bank account at either National, State, or FDIC/NCUA insured institution (there are literally thousands of these, we ought to find one that works with us).
- A treasurer to account for finances.
- Raise or spend more than $1000 dollars in contributions or expenditures.
Once that last point is taken care of, we'll have 10 days to write up a FEC FORM 1 and fill out the info above.
Granted, it's somewhat more complicated than that, but we are a smart bunch. Once we are FEC certified, we get all the benefits of running a proper party. Also (and don't roast me for this, just talking hypothetically), if we can get at least 5% of the national popular vote, we become an official "minor party" and are entitled to financial benefits to "help" us in future elections.

I know damn well you didn't bothering reading my post before mass spamming this doomer feed.
And what's your fucking plan, handshake? Crawl into a hole, assume the fetal position, and wait for the sweet release of death?
Even if my plan is a negative IQ play that requires Devine intervention from God, Allah, and 5 incarnations of the Buddha, it's still a better plan than whatever your proposing. Then again, what do I expect from an hour old account with questionable legitimacy that only has the intentions of copy-pasting their "rant" across any post that catches their eye.
You're probably having an endorphin rush right now because someone actually acknowledged your sorry ass. I actually pity you and find what your doing hilarious, not because I agree with anything you're saying, but because out of all parties involved you are the most likely to be wasting their own time.
Anyway, I already fed the troll twice so feel free to come up with a big brain response to my supposed mental deficiency. I won't humor or acknowledge you again.
