As someone who has worked for Levin in the past, I’d bet the house he doesn’t comply.

Cumulus is gonna piss their pants when their heavyweight defies this nonsensical censorship demand

I hope you're right. I hope Levin goes nuclear on them and calls them out on his last radio show before they cancel him!

I listen to Rush on a Cumulus media owned radio station (WMAL). I wonder what they will do with him, who is no doubt their biggest cash cow and I have no doubt in my mind that he will not comply.

Do with him? Rush licenses the show to them, if they breach their contract Rush's lawyers can sue their asses off. At this point, he can probably afford better ones than they can.

I guess I wasn't clear. What will my local station and other stations do? If they silence him, they will loose most, if not all, of their listeners. Myself included.

I'd say that's a pretty good prediction.

Those stations make money selling advertising slots. Rush brings in big dollars for that. They lose Rush, they lose most if not all of their advertisers. Some of whom buy big ad buys, lasting months, if not years. They will walk, for sure. Then the stations are doomed.

Rush keeps the whole thing afloat. Has since the 90's. The only reason AM flourished under him, is he brought the advertising.
