I've always felt that going after Hunter missed the point. The main problem isn't Hunter. It's that Hunter's laptop has evidence of JOE's corruption. That should have been the primary focus this whole time.
Hunter could be a serial rapist, but that doesn't necessarily mean it has anything to do with Joe, and Joe is the one trying to steal the Presidency. So the focus should be on the evidence that Joe has known of Hunter's crimes and participated in them. It is JOE's culpability that matters here.
