Tonpepe uses Everyone's Grudge that deals fixed damage directly proportional to the number of enemies the targeted character has killed. In some games the ability is called Karma.

I despise the passivity of trusting someone else's plan that they haven't told me, because they might not HAVE a plan, and their plan MIGHT be to keep me docile why they take everything I have including my life.

But I do love this Tonpepe. So I'm going to do something else. I'm going to Lie in Wait, much like the snake on the Gadsen flag. I'm not waiting, passively. I'm coiled and ready. And nobody's gonna get me without getting seriously fucked up in the process.
