I saw file cabinets full of drug test results on primates and humans back in the late 90s, early 00s. PCP test results on the papers I found.
I was a contractor working in the basement of the Nathan Kline institute at Rockland Psych in NY. Had to run conduits through a room absolutely full of old metal filing cabinets just thrown in there haphazardly.
Nathan Kline was part of that program, but I don't know if those tests actually were.
Wish I knew! Finished the project and never got back in there. Place was F'n creepy. Under a huge psychiatric center and had an active primate testing facility. Saw chimps w metal probes that looked like they grew out of their head, must've been surgically attached. Would get this awful smell of burnt hair and rotten meat once a week, always assumed they were burning dead monkeys.
Wish my old brick of a cellphone had a camera worth a shit back then.
Saw some creepy shit in the steam tunnels and the buildings they abandoned due to asbestos. Would've made some very impressive video and photos!!
Experimenting on the monkeys with extreme cruelty is worth it to save human lives, especially the lives of the criminal elite who can use this god-given technology to control minds and have an infinite number of slaves (though they'll end up killing most off because automation with robots is more efficient).

Really wish I stole some now!
Damn dude. That's pretty interesting. Maybe there are goodies still around. How many cabinets do they have for me?

Hint: where do you take something when you don't want it to be found?
