I've been banned since 2016. Had the account since 2009. Was able to log in. Was not able to deactivate account because my account is suspended and not allowed to do this. Twitter's probably defrauding their investors counting all the suspended accounts as active users or something.
I agree. That's why I deleted, mostly. It's important for their user count to go down.
