President Trump has carried the weight of his administration practically alone. The problem is and always has been the inability to identify and remove bad actors from meaningful positions. If the department heads (if they themselves are loyal to the administration) can't even weed out one low level flunkie who has access to the State Department's official page, then they are either compromised themselves or just plain bad at their jobs. Your political preference is not a protected class. It's only "hard" to fire federal employees because the entrenched mafia makes it so. This should have been a focus during the past four years.
