Imagine if we sued the five biggest and most corrupt tech companies in the world and we managed to WIN! That would be impossible, though, because the courts forgot about the constitution a long time ago.
Contract law, tort law, defamation law....these things have been around before our Constitution was even ratified. In all this rush to silence conservatives and curry favor with the Democrats, I'm thinking these tech companies made some incredibly stupid business decisions.
