Was reading about some sort of Consent Decree around 1981 making it legally impossible for the RNC to even claim there was voting fraud, which expired in the last couple years. Would not be shocked at all if the Dems have been abusing the hell out of Republicans being legally restricted from fighting, while the establishment Republicans got so used to not fighting that they don't even know how to.
