This thread has a lot of truth. I teach gen Z's and it scares me how meek and cooperative they seem to be. Where the hell is teenage rebellion? There are a few exceptions, but not enough.
I'm early Gen Z and can confirm. I'm in college and our head professor is a massive douche, and all of my classmates are like "he's just misunderstoooood!" and cover for him. It's totally nauseating. They all take ridiculously organized notes too like robots, it's fucking weird. They'll be good corporate drones when they get done with school.

There's a TON of immigrants who are pro-Trump. As someone who's a child of immigrants, my parents came to America because it provided them with opportunities that they wouldn't have had they stayed in our country. I don't think they failed. I think they knew exactly what they were doing. What this fraud election has taught me is that there is no Dem vs Republican. The elites are one party and will have each others back -- they don't care about the rest of us. Right now it's time for us to break away and form a third party.

The issue is complacency. Early Americans were themselves immigrants or within a few generations of immigrants. They also had to fight for their land, expand, grow, build and generally had a fire in them to become great.
Americans now are generally enjoying life, not worried about anything outside their comfort spheres and have a "just gotta get through the day" mentality. I'm generalizing about the masses not necessarily those who take at least the effort to be on a platform like this. The exceptionalism of the past has been replaced by sense of "peacetime sluggishness".
I know plenty of down-to-earth hardworking Americans and frankly they're not to blame. The issue lies within the education system. Consider patriots of the past were well-educated people who knew literature and science and had businesses or were lawyers etc. They were "elites" but were conservative and well educated.
Now our elites are communists and those who get an "education" come out rabidly liberal drinking the coolaid. So it's no wonder the fabric of America has changed.
The kicker is when liberal communists use foreigners as props and punching bags while they continue to destroy America hiding behind the new immigrants who are still figuring things out. Media aimed at immigrants all say Republicans are racist and won't accept you. Add that to the liberals using the immigrant (some who can't even read english) voting block to blindly further anti-american liberal policies and you have divided and conquered and stopped the growth of the conservative movement.
