The network cables running through these states are subject to the 1st amendment.

The internet is not magic, they work over physical cables / satellites. All of which passes through 1st amendment bound mediums airwaves / cables!

If the cables passing over your head are limiting your 1st amendment them then get the powers that be to take them down. Or enact a great filter to block facebook or twitter.
