We're supposed to carry on, like when the Jews were in Captivity, and God was going to destroy the heathen nation in... I want to say 40 years, but He commanded them that UNTIL THAT DAY, they were to still work for the betterment of that nation. To "seek the peace of the nation," I believe the exact phrase was.
So yeah, Jesus is coming. But we don't know when. No man knows the day, nor the hour. Live simultaneously as if it's tomorrow and ALSO as if it's 100 years down the road. Build up for your children, spread the gospel to your neighbors, and live for the peace of our nation.
