anything would be better than PEDES

how about QEDES, WEDES or EEDES, REDES, TEDES, YEDES, UEDES, IEDES, OEDES, AEDES SEDES DEDES FEDES GEDES HEDES JEDES KEDES LEDES ZEDES XEDES CEDES VEDES BEDES NEDES MEDES

ANYTHING OTHER THAN PEDES

It's short for centipedes and we've been using it for about 4 years.

No point worrying about it now. Not like anyone goes up to those motorcycle clubs with odd names and asks them to change.
