According to Glen Greenwald the Capitol protest were organized on Facebook and Twitter, and since everybody is calling that protest "terrorism" and "insurrection," I'd say WA state will have a hard time proving Idaho broke their net neutrality law. One thing I love about the left, every decision and tactic they take always backfires on them.

Good luck arguing Facebook and Twitter doesn't allow illegal activity over the internet while at the same time claiming the protests that were organized on their platforms were illegal.
