She sees someone who's a threat and she puffs our her chest to seem like she is the bigger person and in charge, when she knows it's the exact opposite. Biden is the exact same way. Biden went as far as to emulate Trump's alpha behavior on live television during one of the debates, and has copied him exactly many times on behavior and policies.
