Trump wins fairly. He plays by the rules. In this case the scoreboard was fixed and the referees refused to call the fouls. Shit happens. But Trump is not going to invoke some BS law that only a sore loser would try to invoke

There's no "insurrection" going on in terms of rioting, etc.. That's what the Insurrection Act is for (and why the law requires the president to issue an "order to disperse" before invoking it). What specifically would Trump invoke it for? If you're talking about invoking it because of the "insurrection" of stolen votes, that's not how it works.
