If america falls, I wonder how the rest of the world will go. Middle East plus South America seem like tough nuts to crack. I can imagine Saudi Arabia being in it for now for their own interests but fighting like a MFer once the cons outweigh the pros. Same with India. Russia will also be very difficult.
