No clue but 25000 is too much to me, even for an inauguration. Just imagine... 25000 people in one gymnasium. Probably doesn’t fit. In one Walmart. Probably doesn’t fit (ok maybe). But that’s a hell of a lot of them. What are they that afraid of? And if anything, 75 million people would probably STILL eventually get past them. And their fence.
