Vitamin D3 is huge. I take 70,000 IUs once a week. Works out to 10K a day, but I suck at remembering to take it, so once a week works better for me. You can't do this with all vitamins, but D3 is storable.
Go for a walk and get some fresh air. I know it's cold, but you can bundle up. Even if it's just for a few minutes, it will help.
Drink some water. I find myself feeling really blah and low energy just down when I'm dehydrated. I struggle to stay hydrated during the winter.
Make sure you're getting plenty of sleep and eating at least some nutritious foods.
Pray and read your Bible if you're so inclined. It always makes me feel better.
